Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical sales.
Schedule: 8AM-4:30PM Monday-Friday
Duties
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Track sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for market penetration and growth.
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts for prospective clients.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in inside and outside sales
  • Strong knowledge of sales management principles and techniques.
  • Proficiency in using software tools such as Salesforce for account management and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • A self-starter mentality with a drive for achieving results in a competitive environment.
