WE ARE LOOKING FOR A BILINGUAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
Monday - Friday!
Weekly Pay!

Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with billing and invoicing tasks
- Provide excellent customer service to patients or clients
- Coordinate meetings and events as needed
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
Qualifications:
  • Must be bilingual
  • Must have ability to multi-task
  • Good attention to detail
- Previous experience working in a administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in using computerized systems for scheduling, billing, and record keeping
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support and handle inquiries or complaints professionally
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus
