We are looking for highly qualified Winterization Coordinator's for a well-known Brandon client. Job description and position information is as follows:
- Will work with REO properties throughout the nation, also serving as the main point of contact for vendors.
- This position is for a Company that works with REO Properties, and client properties that needs winter maintenance and preparation for the winter.
- The Winterization Coordinator holds the responsibility of being the liaison between the banks and vendors to assure property is maintained and kept up and that the assigned work is being completed to meet strict deadlines.
- This position also calls for negotiation skills and good communication skills for phone and email communication.
- Looking for experience in the construction industry or even from being an avid do it yourself-er at home!!
- This is a full time position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
