1) Weekly Pay

Direct deposit weekly. No need to wait for your paycheck or rush to the bank!

Employee portal to access your information and wage statements.

2) Direct Deposit

• Associates are eligible for direct deposit of their paycheck. This feature is safe, secure, and more convenient than picking up checks at their local branch and avoiding delays with the postal service.

3) Debit Card Account

• For associates that are unable to obtain a standard checking account, we offer a special debit account. Associates can open this debit account and have their checks directly deposited into their account weekly. Associates are given a debit card to access funds immediately.

4) Holiday Pay/Vacation Pay

• After 6 months of actively working on assignment for us, our associates that meet the eligibly requirements will be eligible for holiday and/or vacation paid time off.

5) Referral Bonus Program

• Elite Staffing Partners have developed an incentive program to encourage our employees to introduce our services to their family friends and associates.

6) Healthcare

• Low cost, affordable healthcare benefits are available to our associates, such as employee-purchased health insurance, dental, vision, and 401k.
• Benefit eligibility is dependent upon a variety of factors, including division location and client programs. Your account manager can help to identify programs and benefits to meet your needs.
