Duties
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
- Assist attorneys with drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents related to injury law
- Manage case files and maintain accurate records using document management systems
- Organize and maintain legal documents, ensuring compliance with court requirements and deadlines.
- Provide executive administrative support to attorneys by scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal matters.
- Prepare trial materials and assist in trial preparation as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role within a legal environment.
- Strong knowledge of injury law
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
