Job Description: Welder
- Interpret and follow technical blueprints and welding schematics
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on metal parts and assemblies
- Work with materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel
- Use fabrication tools and equipment, possibly including CNC machinery and laser cutting systems
- Ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards
Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Welder
- Prior experience in a precision fabrication or machining environment
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Experience with powder coating preparation is a plus
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Work Environment: Welder
- Fast-paced, manufacturing shop setting
- Involves standing, lifting, and handling of fabrication materials
- Projects may be custom or production-based, requiring versatility
Weld Test Includes:
- TIG with fillers
- Grind Test
- MIG (Flat, Vertical Down, V-Groove, Filet weld)
