Job Description:
Commercial Cleaners travel to multiple client facilities across Polk County, performing comprehensive cleaning services that create welcoming, sanitary environments where businesses can thrive.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, restroom sanitation, and trash removal to quality standards.
- Stock cleaning supplies and sanitize ceiling vents, windows, and surfaces as needed.
- Report maintenance issues promptly and complete all tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver quality service while learning and executing cleaning procedures for various client accounts.
Job Requirements:
- Personal vehicle for transportation to multiple locations across Lakeland, Mulberry, and Winter Haven
- Available Monday to Friday, 5pm to 1am, plus one weekend per month
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
