Job Description

Assembler: Responsible for assembling, fitting, and installing components used in the production of heat exchangers. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to follow technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient assembly.

• Monday- Thursday
• 1st Shift 6:00am-4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble heat exchanger units by installing tubes, coils, fins, frames, and related components according to engineering specifications.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, bill of materials (BOMs), and work orders to determine assembly steps and required materials.

• Operate hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and basic fabrication equipment to complete tasks.

• Inspect parts for quality, correct measurements, and proper fit before and after assembly.

• Perform leak testing, pressure testing, and final quality checks as required.

• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and tape measures to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and work instructions.

• Basic mechanical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
