Job Description: Extrusion Operator
Operated and monitored finishing equipment to process and prepare shipments of custom plastic products.
Configured and ran finishing machinery in accordance with production requirements.
Prepared and packaged completed products to align with exact customer specifications.
Documented precise production data for tracking and reporting purposes.
Conducted mechanical and physical product tests per specification and quality control standards, utilizing calipers and other precision measurement tools.
Sustained a clean, organized work environment by applying 5S principles and LEAN manufacturing techniques.
Job Requirements: Warehouse
- High School Degree or G.E.D.
- Extrusion Experience
- Warehouse Experience
- Forklift Experience Preferred
- Basic Computer Experience
- Mechanical Knowledge (Calipers, Micrometers, Gauges)
- Good Attendance
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Mathematical ability required. Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations
