Job Description: Food Service / Dishwash
Food Service Employees perform a combination of food prep duties, serving meals as well as maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and workspaces
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment while following proper safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and dishwashing area.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with cleaning kitchen workstations, floors, and food preparation areas.
- Support the culinary team by providing clean dishes and equipment in a timely manner.
- Dispose of trash and recycling while maintaining a safe work environment.

Job Requirements:
- High School Degree or G.E.D. preferred. Current student considered.
- Understanding of basic sanitation and food service procedures
- Be able to work quietly and quickly in patient area
- An eye for detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- A neat, clean appearance
- Must be able to read and write to facilitate proper communication with others.
