Job Description
Manage scheduling, routing and organizing of delivery and pickup orders received from our sales department. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills, be detail oriented and extremely organized. This position is fast paced and always changing. Having the ability to remain calm and composed, especially in time sensitive and/or emergency situations, is a must.

Core Responsibilities:
•Organize and schedule all orders for the next day, including setups and/or deliveries as well as assign crew leaders or delivery drivers based on location and skill level of the technicians.
•Monitor real-time GPS location-specific data to determine time stamps, location stamps, speed and/or directions of fleet vehicles.
•Collaborate with the sales department with scheduling deliveries, installs and pickups.
•Maintain contact with crew leaders, delivery drivers and customers to ensure exceptional service.
•Effectively communicate with drivers to address concerns, resolve issues, and de-escalate frustrations in a professional manner.
•Engage with customers to understand their needs and requirements while providing exceptional service throughout the entire process.
•Manage email correspondence in a timely manner and maintain accurate records of all communications.
Qualifications:
•Minimum of one year of experience in logistics or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, drivers and team members.
•Exceptional critical thinking skills with the ability to resolve logistical challenges quickly and efficiently.
•Advanced skills in Excel, Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
•Exhibit enthusiasm, high energy and have a tremendous work ethic.
•Work well independently, as well as with a team.
Education:
•Must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
•Three years or more related experience and/or training in dispatching
