How would you like to work with one of top Staffing Consulting Agencies in the U.S. We are looking for a Tampa Market Manager to drive recruiting, client growth, client relationships and employee development.
 
WHAT WE OFFER:
  • $60k to $70k Salary Range – Paid Weekly
  • $80k to $100k total Income Range Year 1 – No Cap on Monthly Commissions
  • $100k to $125k total income Range Year 2  - No Cap on Monthly Commissions

JOB DUTIES: (not limited to)
  • Grow Branch through daily, weekly and monthly accountability to Fill Job Openings 
  • Train, Motivate and Develop Staffing Specialist and Sales Personnel 
  • Create and Execute a Employee Friendly Culture
  • Work Directly with Sales and Sales VP to collaborate on new sales
  • Execute Company Model in Candidate Selection, Retention and leveraging Technology to drive efficiency
  • Participate in Industry Associations to drive brand recognition within the market
  • Manage and drive Branch profitability through sales and recruiting
  • Recruit internal staff when needed
  • Develop Branch Employees to maximize their skill set 
  • Visits Clients and attend Sales appointments with Sales Staff 

Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree or 3+ Years in Staffing Management
  • Strong ATS/CRM Skills
  • Sales and Account Management skills preferred
  • Efficient in Microsoft Suite (Work, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong Communication Skills
