7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday Schedule

We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to join our production team.

Job responsibilities:

• Set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts from blueprints, CAD models, and engineering drawings. 
• Select, install, and align tooling, fixtures, and materials to ensure efficient and accurate machining operations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to determine machining sequences, tooling requirements, and part tolerances.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust feeds, speeds, or tooling as needed to maintain part quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other precision measuring instruments to verify conformance to specifications.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of CNC Mill Operator Experience
• At least 1 year of CNC Set up Experience
• At least 1 year of CNC Programming Experience (Doosan / Fanuc, FeatureCAM or other CAD/CAM software)
• Knowledge of general machine shop practices and procedures.
