Title: Production Associate
Job Description: Production Associates are responsible for producing high-quality medical devices according to strict FDA/ISO guidelines. This role requires careful assembly of device components, the use of a microscope to ensure accuracy and consistency, and documentation of work in progress where required by regulation. Other duties may include packaging, labeling, inventory management, or similar tasks related to the production and sale of medical devices.
Skills & Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Read, understand, and communicate in English.
· Drug-free, nicotine-free at all times.
· Regular and predictable attendance.
· Compliance with health and hygiene requirements while working in a clean room environment.
· Attention to detail.
· Ability to understand and verify product specifications.
· Strong hand-eye coordination.
· Comfort performing a series of repetitive operations requiring manual dexterity and visual acuity.
· Ability to use a microscope to ensure proper assembly and verify dimensions.
· Willingness to collaborate with other production associates and support team efforts to optimize output and quality.
· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time. The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus while using a microscope. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Authority: Production Associates have the authority to stop production of their assigned job if they have questions, need further guidance or assistance, or suspect that the quality of a product in production may be affected by their or others’ work. Any questions or concerns must be brought to the attention of their supervisor or Production Manager.

Relationships: Production Associates report to their supervisor (Production Lead / Alternate Lead), who in turn reports to the Production Manager. Questions, training support, suggestions, or other issues regarding the production process can be directed to supervisors, the Production Manager or Quality Assurance.
