- 1st Shift 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Monday - Friday
- No Weekends

Job Description: Administrative Assistant/Clerk Specialist:
- Perform general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Assist with order entry, clerical tasks, and transcribing documents
- Support office staff with various administrative tasks
- Familiarity with phone systems to manage incoming calls efficiently
Job Requirements: Administrative Assistant/ Clerk Specialist:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Good typing speed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
