We offer: Administrative Assistant/ Clerk Specialist:
  • Weekly Pay
  • Starting at $15.00/HR
  • 1st Shift 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Monday - Friday
  • No Weekends

Job Description: Administrative Assistant/Clerk Specialist: 
  • Perform general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Assist with order entry, clerical tasks, and transcribing documents
  • Support office staff with various administrative tasks
  • Familiarity with phone systems to manage incoming calls efficiently

Job Requirements:  Administrative Assistant/ Clerk Specialist:
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Good typing speed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
