Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat
Provide product information, pricing, order status updates, and basic technical support
Process orders, quotes, returns, and replacements accurately and efficiently
Resolve customer issues with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-oriented mindset
Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Represent the Vista brand with clarity, confidence, and attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus)
Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using standard office software
A positive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset
Knowledge in math measurements
