We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting a premium global brand. As a CSR at Vista, you will be a key point of contact for our customers—helping them navigate products, orders, and solutions while reinforcing the quality and professionalism Vista is known for.

Job Description:
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat

  • Provide product information, pricing, order status updates, and basic technical support

  • Process orders, quotes, returns, and replacements accurately and efficiently

  • Resolve customer issues with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-oriented mindset

  • Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Represent the Vista brand with clarity, confidence, and attention to detail


Job Requirements: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus)

  • Previous customer service experience preferred 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable using standard office software

  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset

  • Knowledge in math measurements
