SCHEDULE: PART TIME- 2 HOURS PER DAY MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Custodian to help maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of our trailer park community. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping shared spaces clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain common areas, including restrooms, laundry rooms, community buildings, and outdoor shared spaces

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed

• Empty trash receptacles and properly dispose of waste

• Clean windows, doors, and other surfaces in common areas

• Perform light outdoor cleaning such as picking up litter

• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or needed repairs to management

• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

• Ability to perform light physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing

• Positive attitude and respect for residents’ privacy
