Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative to assist customers with inquiries and issues related to our diverse product lines. You'll deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining expert knowledge of our vinyl, fabric, foam, and upholstery supplies. As a team player, you'll work closely with co-workers to maximize efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, live chat messages, and emails professionally and promptly
- Provide product explanations and handle customer complaints or issues
- Access databases to retrieve and update customer account information
- Follow up with clients to ensure continued satisfaction
- Stay up to date on the latest products and services the company provides
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- Must have lived in the Tampa area for at least the past 6 monthsPublish
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone and email etiquette
- Ability to read and write basic English with strong attention to detail
- Fluent in Speaking Spanish
- Computer proficiency and ability to navigate databases
