• Work outside in the elements 
• Performs quality testing of sand materials and keeps accurate records of results.
• Performs auditing and inspection activities in order to ensure that quality targets are met for
  all finished sand products shipped to customers.
• Provides direct lab support to the Production Manager and may assist with day-to-day
  operations of Loadout.
• Prepare sand samples as needed.
• Communicates quality problems to plant management.
• Analyzing, identifying and communicating problematic trends, e.g. recurring first pass
  issues.
• Establishes testing procedures and protocols for quality control and may provide training to
  Lab Technicians/Loadout Operators, who sample, test and document materials that are
  mined, processed or shipped.
• Focuses on creating a safety culture that utilizes safe work practices, maintaining a safe
  and clean work area.
• Complies with all company policies and procedures.
•  Performs other duties as assigned.

• Able to work under stressful conditions at times. 
• Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish work.
• Strong work ethics of integrity and honesty; strives for excellence in all activities employing
  accompanying communication.
• Three years Quality Control experience preferred. 
• Must be able to work outside in the elements
• Dependable, reliable and capable of fulfilling responsibilities.
• Regularly required to sit or stand, reach and move about the facility.
• Must be able to traverse unlevel ground and climb and descend stairs on occasion.
