We are committed to connecting top talent with exceptional employment opportunities, and are looking for a Staffing Branch Manager to lead our team and drive our growth in the Pittsburgh market. You’ll oversee the daily operations of our branch, manage and mentor a team of staffing professionals, and drive business development efforts. Your goal will be to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and achieve branch revenue and growth targets.
WHAT DO WE OFFER:
- Base Salary $55k-$70k range depending on experience level
- Monthly Commissions (Uncapped)
- Total Income Year One $70k-$95k

Job Description: Staffing Branch Manager
- Manage Local Recruiters, Account Management and Sales Reps
- Client Services - Manage team to meet and exceed client expectations
- Train, Cultivate and Develop Team to execute our Horizons Model
- Present Quarterly Business Reviews to top 10 clients
- Manage Market to Profitability
- Grow Market by promoting, opening and managing New Branches
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the branch’s client base and revenue.
- Address and resolve client and candidate concerns and issues promptly.
- Develop and implement client retention strategies.
- Prepare and present reports on branch performance, financials, and business development activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to staffing and client interactions.
Requirements:
- REQUIRED: 2+ years in Staffing Sales or Branch Manager
- Able to commute to Pittsburgh office location!
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in working with Online Job Boards
- Experience in Managing Personnel
