Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with a strong background in the Sign Industry — this is not optional. Our ideal candidate understands sign terminology, materials, production timelines, and the fast-paced nature of custom signage projects.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a small office environment, enjoys handling a high volume of phone calls, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls daily
Assist customers with placing orders, revisions, and project inquiries
Provide knowledgeable guidance on signage products (banners, channel letters, monument signs, vinyl graphics, ADA signs, etc.)
Interpret customer needs and coordinate with design and production teams
Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure accurate job documentation
Follow up on estimates and open proposals to help close sales
Track project timelines and provide status updates to clients
Maintain organized records in CRM/order management systems
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
Previous experience in the Sign Industry (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
Strong understanding of sign materials, fabrication processes, and installation timelines
Comfortable working in a small office, team-oriented environment
Ability to handle multiple phone calls and tasks simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
