HERE IS WHAT WE OFFER: Staffing Specialist / Recruiter/ Account Manager

• $50-$55k Base Salary - WEEKLY PAY
• Monthly Commissions adding $10k to $20k to your first year’s income. NO cap on commissions.
• Total Income Year One $60k-$75k

JOB DESCRIPTION: Staffing Specialist / Recruiter/ Account Manager

• Source, Recruiter, and Interview Potential Candidates for Client Job Openings
• Execute Horizons Selection Process for Each Candidate
• Fill Client Job Openings on Time
• Visit and Entertain Clients to Develop Relationship
• Grow Client Revenues
• Work with Clients to Execute Retention Plans to increase Employee Retention
• Responsible for Onboarding all New Employees
• Presenting Monthly, Weekly and Quarterly Business Reviews with your clients

REQUIREMENTS: Bilingual Staffing Specialist / Recruiter/ Account Manager

• Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ Years of Relevant Work Experience
• Ability to Speak, Read and Write English and Spanish Fluently
• Retail Management Experience - Preferred
• Work Ethic with an Overachiever attitude
• Willingness to learn
• Reliable Transportation and Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to work within CRM's and Moderate to High level computer Skill
