EVS Supervisor – Customer Service Leader
$28/hr Full-time | Weekly Pay | Paid Training | Career Growth

We are seeking a customer service–focused leader to supervise a team inside a major hospital. No hospital or EVS experience is required — we will train the right candidate.

This is a great opportunity for someone with leadership experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, food service, or operations who wants to grow into a long-term career in healthcare leadership.

Training Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Primary Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:30 AM (may include weekends)


Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a team of 25+ environmental services staff

  • Promote a strong customer service culture within the team

  • Ensure hospital areas are clean, safe, and properly maintained

  • Assist with scheduling, staffing coverage, and daily task assignments

  • Train and coach team members to maintain high service standards

  • Work with hospital departments to address service needs and resolve issues


Requirements

  • Strong customer service and leadership skills

  • Experience leading a team, shift, or project

  • Ability to motivate and manage staff in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

  • Occasional bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs
