EVS Supervisor – Customer Service Leader
$28/hr Full-time | Weekly Pay | Paid Training | Career Growth
We are seeking a customer service–focused leader to supervise a team inside a major hospital. No hospital or EVS experience is required — we will train the right candidate.
This is a great opportunity for someone with leadership experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, food service, or operations who wants to grow into a long-term career in healthcare leadership.

Training Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Primary Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:30 AM (may include weekends)
Responsibilities
Supervise and support a team of 25+ environmental services staff
Promote a strong customer service culture within the team
Ensure hospital areas are clean, safe, and properly maintained
Assist with scheduling, staffing coverage, and daily task assignments
Train and coach team members to maintain high service standards
Work with hospital departments to address service needs and resolve issues
Requirements
Strong customer service and leadership skills
Experience leading a team, shift, or project
Ability to motivate and manage staff in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Occasional bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs
