WHAT DO WE OFFER:
Payrate: $23 per hour
Hours: 5:30 am-1:30 pm
Job Duties:
- Processes Plant’s Payroll using STAMP payroll software. Confirms checking schedules, hours and times are recorded correctly. Closely communicates with Human Resources and the operations group to ensure employees are paid correctly. Reports efficiencies and others labor matrices within established deadlines.
- Enters data from transfer sheets received from Supervisors into STAMP to ensure accurate Payroll. Makes adjustments to attendance records.
- Ensures payroll changes are kept up-to-date.
- Assists employees and supervisors with payroll related questions.
- Assists Human Resources as needed, including translating as needed in meetings as well as individually helping with employee issues.
- Provides assistance to Accounting as needed.
