Job Duties:
· Prospecting and Sell New Business through multiple avenues. Cold Calling, warm calling, Expanding Existing Client Base, Referral, Vertical Marketing, Networking.
· Sell and Hit Quota Numbers.
· Prepare and Run New Acquisition Sales Meeting that include Financial Decision Makers.
· Work within the Sales CRM Data base to record all significant activity.
· Write Sales Marketing Emails to both potential prospects or existing clients for the purpose of securing new revenue and retain existing revenue.
· Research and Create Proposals using Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
· Present in both Person and via Microsoft Teams.
· Navigate LinkedIn to Identify Financial Decisions Makers.

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree or related Work Experience in Staffing field preferred.
· 1 to 3 years of Outside/Inside Commercial Sales Experience PREFERRED
· Advanced ability to handle a high level of Rejection.
· Proficient in Competitive Contract Negotiations with existing or potential clients.
· Should be able to effectively communicate independently or as a member of a team, work hands on supervision and be self-motivated.
· Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite and Sales CRM is also required.
