Job Description:
The Production Scheduler supports the production planning process by assisting with the coordination of customer orders, monitoring order progress, and maintaining accurate records within the production and inventory systems.
• Assist with updating and maintaining the production schedule; monitor sales orders and provide basic lead-time information using the SAP system.
• Support preparation of production schedules based on existing orders and customer priorities.
• Communicate order status and scheduling details with internal departments, including manufacturing, customer service, and logistics.
• Enter and review data to ensure order and inventory accuracy; participate in routine inventory tasks such as cycle counts.
• Help track inventory levels and incoming materials under the guidance of senior staff.
Job Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree in a related field preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production control environment required
• Basic understanding of SAP systems and willingness to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
