Job Description:
The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet established quality standards. This role involves inspecting, testing, and evaluating products and materials to ensure compliance with specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products for quality compliance.
- Perform tests using appropriate measurement tools and laboratory equipment.
- Record and analyze inspection data and maintain accurate documentation.
- Identify and report defects, non-conformities, or deviations from standards.
- Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues in real time.
- Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, FDA).
- Participate in audits and inspections as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and calibration of testing equipment.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in quality control, inspection, or a related role.
- Knowledge of quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP).
- Familiarity with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and test equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and specifications.
- Good computer skills and experience with quality reporting software (e.g., SAP, QMS).
