JOB DESCRIPTION: HR / Talent Acquisition / Recruiting
The Talent Acquisition Intern will assist with sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates. This role is ideal for someone interested in HR, recruiting, or business operations who wants real-world experience in a high-growth environment.
  • Source, Recruiter, and Interview Potential Candidates for Client Job Openings
  • Execute Horizons Selection Process for Each Candidate
  • Review resumes and screen candidates for open roles
  • Reach out to applicants and schedule interviews
  • Assist with job postings on Indeed and other platforms
  • Track candidate progress and update internal systems
  • Support recruiting events and hiring initiatives
  • Help maintain candidate communication and follow-ups
  • Assist with administrative HR and recruiting tasks
  • Fill Client Job Openings on Time
  • Grow Client Revenues
  • Work with Clients to Execute Retention Plans in order to lower employee attrition
  • Responsible for Onboarding all New Employees
  • Presenting Monthly, Weekly and Quarterly Business Reviews 

REQUIREMENTS: HR / Talent Acquisition / Recruiting
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college/university
  • Interest in recruiting, HR, or business
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
