JOB DESCRIPTION: HR / Talent Acquisition / Recruiting
The Talent Acquisition Intern will assist with sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates. This role is ideal for someone interested in HR, recruiting, or business operations who wants real-world experience in a high-growth environment.
- Source, Recruiter, and Interview Potential Candidates for Client Job Openings
- Execute Horizons Selection Process for Each Candidate
- Review resumes and screen candidates for open roles
- Reach out to applicants and schedule interviews
- Assist with job postings on Indeed and other platforms
- Track candidate progress and update internal systems
- Support recruiting events and hiring initiatives
- Help maintain candidate communication and follow-ups
- Assist with administrative HR and recruiting tasks
- Fill Client Job Openings on Time
- Grow Client Revenues
- Work with Clients to Execute Retention Plans in order to lower employee attrition
- Responsible for Onboarding all New Employees
- Presenting Monthly, Weekly and Quarterly Business Reviews
REQUIREMENTS: HR / Talent Acquisition / Recruiting
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college/university
- Interest in recruiting, HR, or business
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
