How would you like to work with one of the leading agricultural product distribution facilities in Plant City, FL? We are currently seeking reliable and committed forklift drivers to join our team. This position offers stable employment with a company with over two decades of experience!
We Offer:
- WEEKLY Pay
- Hourly pay starting at $16/HR
- Monday through Saturday, starting at 7:00 AM, between 60–70 hours per week

Forklift Driver Responsibilities:
- Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts safely in a warehouse environment
- Move, stack, and organize pallets of agricultural products
- Load and unload trucks using forklift equipment
- Conduct pre-shift forklift inspections and report any mechanical issues
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse traffic protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory movement and pallet counts
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient product flow
Job Requirements:
- MUST BE BILINGUAL SPANISH
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- Punctuality and reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and willingness to collaborate as a team
