We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
We are an industry leading manufacturer with our main facility located in Southwest Florida with a smaller related operation in North Carolina.
We are a fourth-generation family-owned enterprise experiencing sustained, controlled growth as we continue to expand our presence in our current markets and as we explore other opportunities in addition to our current capabilities.
The CFO is an integral part of the senior leadership team and is expected to participate in the financial and functional decision-making processes necessary for the successful attainment of the company’s operational and financial goals. The CFO has responsibility and is accountable for overall financial operations and all aspects of the day-to-day fiscal management of the enterprise.
Your responsibilities as CFO:
· Ensure that monthly financial statements are completed timely and accurately
· Develop and maintain all accounting and bookkeeping policies
· All accounting and bookkeeping activities and staff management
· HR policies and activities
· Risk Management policies and activities
· Employee Benefits
· Information Technology
· Cyber and Physical Security
· Tax Compliance and Planning (Income Tax, Property Tax, Estate, etc.)
· Investment Management (Securities and Real Estate)
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business-related field with major in Accounting.
· Minimum 3 years’ successful CFO experience.
· CPA or master’s degree.
· Proven financial analysis skills.
· Experience working with information technology.
· Demonstrated leadership ability.
· Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to think strategically and solve problems.
· Ability to lead with a high degree of emotional intelligence and ethics.
