Job Description: Packaging Operator
- Working with meat/cutting/packaging machines and other equipment to process meat products.
- Palletizing product and/or building pallets to be used for shipping.
- Work around animal blood and/or carcass parts.
- Work in cold areas.
- Work with sanitation/cleaning chemicals.
- This work may require to lift 30-60 lbs or using mechanical assistance to lift objects.
Skills Preferred: Packaging Operator
- Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Perform a task requiting repetitive movements including grasping, pinching hands, flexing, and extending arms.
- May require certification in order to operate various pieces of equipment required for the position.
