Now Hiring: Commercial Cleaning Technician
Lakeland, FL & Surrounding Areas
 $15.00 per hour

We are currently hiring dependable and detail-oriented individuals for a Commercial Cleaning Technician position servicing commercial buildings throughout Lakeland, FL and nearby areas.

You will be working across multiple locations within Lakeland, Mulberry, Bartow, and Winter Haven, with a focus on deep cleaning and routine upkeep.

This role requires traveling to multiple commercial properties, so applicants must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• Some weekends required
• Weekend shifts are typically only 1–2 hours

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining commercial buildings and office spaces
• Performing deep cleaning and routine upkeep tasks
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Restroom sanitation and trash removal
• Cleaning common areas, break rooms, and workspaces
• Following cleaning schedules and maintaining professional standards
• Traveling between various job locations as assigned

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license REQUIRED
• Reliable transportation REQUIRED
• Ability to travel throughout Lakeland, Mulberry, Bartow, and Winter Haven
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Previous commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
