• Receive, inspect, verify, and record incoming materials and products.
• Confirm received goods match purchase orders and supplier documentation.
• Identify and report shortages, discrepancies, damaged goods, or quality concerns.
• Prepare, package, and stage outgoing shipments accurately and on time.
• Generate and verify shipping labels, bills of lading, and other shipping documents.
• Safely transport materials and finished goods throughout warehouse and production areas.
• Deliver materials to manufacturing and fulfillment teams to support production schedules.
• Maintain organized, clearly labeled inventory and storage areas.
• Support cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and investigation of inventory discrepancies.
• Accurately record material movements in ERP or warehouse management systems.

• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material-handling experience.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Ability to review purchase orders, shipping documents, and inventory records.
• Experience preparing shipping labels, bills of lading, or customs paperwork.
• Ability to safely handle and transport materials and finished products.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with production, purchasing, and logistics teams.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and OSHA standards.
