Job Description:
Forklift Operators are responsible for safely operating industrial forklifts to move, stage, and load or unload materials throughout the plant and warehouse.
- Safely operate a sit-down and/or stand-up forklift to load, unload, and transport materials, pallets, and finished products throughout the facility.
- Stage and organize raw materials and finished goods to support production schedules and shipping requirements.
- Perform pre- and post-shift equipment inspections and maintain good housekeeping in the work area.
- Accurately complete required paperwork and system entries to track inventory movement.
- Follow all plant safety policies, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Job Requirements:
- Prior forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
- Ability to safely lift up to approximately 50 lbs. and stand/move throughout a shift.
- Dependable attendance and ability to work overtime, alternate shifts, and weekends as needed.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check, drug/physical screening, and any required client aptitude testing.
