• Lead all warehouse operations — receiving, inventory, cold storage, production support, repacking, and shipping — for a fast-paced fresh produce operation.
• Apply industrial engineering principles, including time and motion studies, to optimize warehouse layout, workflow, and labor productivity.
• Develop KPIs and productivity standards and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and employees to build a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSMA, and OSHA standards while partnering with Purchasing, Logistics, Production, Food Safety, Sales, and Accounting.

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive warehouse operations leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems.
• Available to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, plus every other Saturday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM.
