Forklift Driver

Job Description

• Weekly Pay starting at $16 per hour based on experience
• Full-Time schedule, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, plus every other Saturday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
• Stable, on-site warehouse role in growing food operation

• Operates sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely, loading, unloading, moving, and staging pallets according to warehouse schedules.
• Uses an RF gun to scan products and record inventory movements, verifying product codes, quantities, lot numbers, and storage locations.
• Wraps, labels, and stages outgoing pallets according to order requirements, and inspects equipment before use, reporting damage or maintenance concerns.
• Assists with inventory counts, product rotation, and FIFO procedures while following cold-chain procedures to protect product quality and freshness.
• Maintains clean, hazard-free aisles, docks, and storage areas, following all food-safety, GMP, PPE, and warehouse-safety requirements.

• +1 year of forklift operating experience is required
• A valid forklift certification is required
• Previous RF gun or warehouse-scanner experience is required
• Ability to operate forklifts, electric riders, and pallet jacks safely
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Ability to work in refrigerated temperatures between 34°F and 55°F
• Bilingual; able to speak, understand, and communicate in Spanish
