Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Track sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on sales performance.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for market penetration and growth.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts for prospective clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside and outside sales
- Relevant experience with electrical goods
- Strong knowledge of sales management principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in using software tools such as Salesforce for account management and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- A self-starter mentality with a drive for achieving results in a competitive environment.
