Location: DAYTONA FL
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm
Language Requirement: Must speak and understand English
General Laborer
Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to assist with daily warehouse and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, organizing products, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
This is a physically active position that requires dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials and shipments.
- Move, organize, and stage materials throughout the warehouse.
- Assist with receiving and storing incoming products.
- Pull and prepare materials for orders and shipments.
- Package, label, and secure materials as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist warehouse staff with general labor and material-handling duties.
- Use hand tools and warehouse equipment as trained.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, construction, or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be dependable and punctual.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or with a team.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday.
- Must be able to lift and move materials safely.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and lift.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
