Job Description: Recruiter
- High volume amount of daily phone calls to candidates.
- Communicate with the rest of the Talent Acquisition Team.
- Using applicant tracking system for the candidates.
- Source, Recruiter, and Interview Potential Candidates for Client Job Openings
- Execute Selection Process for Each Candidate
- Fill Job Openings on Time
Job Requirements: Recruiter
- High School Degree or G.E.D. Required.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to work flexible hours if needed.
- Experience with HR and/or Recruiting.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
- Ability to work at fast pace.
