How would you like to work with one of the TOP local production companies!? We are looking for Equipment Operators that have a history of strong attendance, performance, and leadership skills. Working conditions can be hot, dirty, greasy, wet and noisy. The position requires working a continuously rotating shift which may include days, nights, weekends, and mandatory overtime if necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor equipment on the production line, including removing or shifting materials and finished products to maintain production flow.
- Reassign product as needed due to unscheduled equipment downtime
- Ensure all finished product is processed and ready for shipment
Qualifications & Skills:
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK DAYS & NIGHTS - 12hr ROTATING SCHEDULE
- Ability to routinely bend, stand, stoop and lift up to 75 lbs for 12-hour shift
- MUST have strong attendance and dependability
- MUST have strong leadership skills
- MUST have reliable transportation
