Job Duties: Production Specialist Supervisor
- Identify and document any machinery issues.
- Maintain required safety documentation.
- Monitor active work and shift coverage so labor is deployed.
Requirements: Production Specialist Supervisor
- Must have strong leadership skills and be self motivated
- MUST be available to work on a 2-2-3 Rotation on both 1st and 3rd shifts
- Walk, stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50lbs for entire shift
- Must be able to work 12-hour shift and manage time effectively
- Must have reliable transportation to Texarkana AR
