MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

Pay: $18.00 per hour

We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and customer-focused Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating maintenance and property services for client properties, including dispatching vendors, monitoring job progress, reviewing completed work, and ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are met.
This role requires frequent communication with vendors, clients, brokers, and agents. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, effective problem-solving abilities, and a strong sense of urgency and follow-through.
The Maintenance Coordinator will also monitor vendor performance, review the quality of completed work, and negotiate pricing and timelines to ensure services are completed efficiently and to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and dispatch vendors to client properties based on service requirements and deadlines.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding job timelines, quality expectations, pricing, and completion requirements.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to established timelines and quality standards.
  • Review vendor bids and negotiate pricing and service timelines when necessary.
  • Respond professionally to customer and client requests regarding services, billing, timelines, reports, and problem areas.
  • Review photographs of active and completed work to verify quality, progress, and completion.
  • Follow up on outstanding work orders and ensure client deadlines are consistently met.
  • Communicate with clients, brokers, agents, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Work to improve customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards for service, communication, timeliness, and quality.
  • Maintain current knowledge of all company services and procedures.
  • Utilize internal software systems and Microsoft Office applications to manage workload and documentation.
  • Prioritize multiple assignments and manage daily responsibilities efficiently.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
