Landscape Crew Driver is a hands-on position for someone who has previous landscape experience and is comfortable driving a company vehicle, transporting landscape crews and equipment, and working alongside the crew once they arrive at the job site. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, hardworking, and takes pride in quality landscape work.

Job Responsibilities
- Safely drive company vehicles to and from landscape job sites.
- Transport landscape crew members, equipment, tools, and materials as needed.
- Perform daily vehicle and equipment safety checks.
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle.
- Work alongside the landscape crew once you arrive at the job site.
- Perform general landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, weeding, planting, and other landscape duties.
- Safely load and unload equipment and materials.
- Operate landscaping equipment and hand tools safely and properly.
- Follow directions from crew leaders and supervisors.
- Help ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company quality standards.
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and driving policies.
- Take care of company vehicles, equipment, and tools.
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and customers when needed.
Required Qualifications
- Previous professional landscape experience is required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must pass a drug test.
- Experience operating landscaping equipment and hand tools.
- Must be comfortable driving company vehicles and transporting crew members.
- Must be able to work outdoors in Florida heat and changing weather conditions.
- Must be able to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, standing, walking, and loading/unloading equipment.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Must be able to work Monday–Friday from 7:30 AM until completion.
- Must be able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who understands that this is both a driving and hands-on landscaping position. Once the crew arrives at the job site, the driver is expected to work alongside the team and help complete the day's landscape work.
