FORKLIFT OPERATOR

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $18.00/hr, based on experience
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Every Other Saturday: Additional hours as needed to complete a 40-hour workweek
• Training: The first month will follow the current operator’s schedule for training

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to move and organize warehouse materials.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Communicate with drivers and warehouse staff.
• Use logistics software and computer systems in English.
• Perform material handling and other general warehouse duties.
• Lift and carry materials as required.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.

Requirements

• Valid Forklift Certification required
• Basic English communication skills required.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to safely lift and carry materials.
• Ability to communicate effectively with drivers and coworkers.
• Comfortable using English-language logistics software.

• Minimum 2 year of warehouse experience
• Able to speak, understand, and communicate in Spanish
• May be exposed to refrigerators (30°F–47°F)
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, punctuality, and teamwork
