Elite Staffing Partners is NOW HIRING an experienced Control Wiring Technician in Burlington, NC!

Key Responsibilities

• Wire, assemble, and test electrical control panels and equipment according to wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Install and connect electrical components, including switches, relays, terminals, and control wiring.
• Inspect and verify wiring connections for accuracy, functionality, and quality.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and identify wiring defects or component malfunctions.
• Perform electrical testing to ensure equipment operates according to specifications.
• Follow established company procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and properly utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and production requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in electrical control panel wiring, electrical assembly, or a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience installing, connecting, and troubleshooting electrical components.
• Familiarity with electrical hand tools, wiring equipment, and testing instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of electrical safety practices and PPE requirements.
• Reliable attendance and ability to begin work as soon as possible.

Compensation & Assignment Details

• Pay Rate: $25.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Higher compensation may be considered for exceptionally qualified candidates.
• Duration: Minimum one-month assignment, with possible extension depending on customer orders.
• Workdays: Monday through Friday.
• Start Date: Immediate openings available.
